Our Terms

Processing: If you decide to choose one of our offers in Ibiza (Eivissa) or Majorca (Cala D'Or), the processing should be done as following: Options: Options will be confirmed by us via e-mail or fax and expire on the posted date. Booking: After receiving your written order confirmation, we will send you your invoice for the yacht for the booked time. You obligate to compliance with our terms of payment and terms of contract. The advence payment is due to the posted date in the contract. Otherwise your booking will be cancelled. Terms of payment: 50% of the price has to be paid after signing the contract – the booked yacht will be seen as "definitely booked" as soon as your advence payment is shown on our bank account! We recommend a transfer on schedule - after one reminder via fax or e-mail, your booking will be immidiately cancelled! The other 50% of the payment are due to 6 weeks in advance of your vacation on the yacht. Boardpass: We do not draw any additional Bordpasses (as a Bordpass, the confirmation of your booking will be necessary). Before you check-in we proof if all payments are done! Is one payment missing - we are not able to let you check-in on our yacht. Cancelation charge: The cancelation charge are according to our GTC's (general terms and conditions)- at least 1/3 of the total amount. Complaints: Your complaints have to be written down in a protocol by you and have to be signed by our chief of the basis. Is such a paper not available, we are not able to handle your complaints. It has to be cash only in Euro. We are sorry for not being able to accept credit-cards yet. Documents: Until at least 3 weeks in advance of your vacation we need to have the following papers from you (if possible via e-mail): 1. Crewlist, with the skipper's name, all of your Crewmembers, all Passnumbers and birthdate and place of birth. 2. The Skippers sailing licence and passport. 3. Radio licence - VHF Radio licence is essential! You will receive a package of documents regarding the sailing area, marina, etc... Transfers: Ibiza: From Ibiza airport to Marina Botafoch it takes only around 10-15 minutes via taxi cab. Also interesting: if you have problems to find a flight to Ibiza: Fly to Palma de Majorca and take the fast ferry from Palma directly to Ibiza (it takes only about two hours). The ferry dock is just five minutes away from our berths. Mallorca: From Majorca airport in Palma it takes approximately 45 minutes to Cala D’Or. Please let us know your exact time of arrival and the passenger's names. Shopping-service: Payable according to the bill. This service is free!!! Please find our shop for this service!
