Our Philosophy:

RA-Yachting highest target is to offer our guests a full 24/7 service - this is the base for your relaxing and unforgetable holiday on one of our yachts. This 24/7 Service includes optimal maintained and technical performed yachts, also the small and big services from the first until the last day of your holiday!

We will offer you the following services:

Services:

Handover of the yacht and ship's papers:

The explanation of the mechanisms of the yacht, instruction into the safety equipment:

Our service team is instructed, to explain the particular handling of the safety devices of the yacht  and to instruct you into the on-board electronics, in particular into the navigational electronics. Beyond that, the service team will be there for you for all of your questions.

A check list, which is to facilitate the assumption of the yacht for you, is attached to our ship papers.Of course you can also use your own checklist. Should anything be missing on the yacht, we will  replace it immediatly.

Besides the usual, the police and officially necessary papers we also offer:

-         most current navigation charts

-         most current literature about the sailing area

-         Trip suggestions

-         the mandatory logbook

-         Forms for the miles confirmation for the whole crew

Beddingservice

A completely furnished yacht, which you can use immediately is waiting for you. You don't have to bring your own bedding so you are ready to leave the marina immidiately.

Shopping-service:

If you would like to find all the required groceries on bord, use our shop and let us do the shopping fot you! The drinks and the food will be stored on the yacht when you arrive in Mallorca.

Hotel-Service
(Arrival on fridays)

You have the possibilty to arrive on friday so that you can use the saturday as a complete sailing-day! On saturday, after our serviceteam has cleaned and prepared the yacht, you can start your vacation immidiately. We organize a hotel for you - or if the yacht would be ready before your arrival - we offer to stay on the yacht already (with no extra costs).

You also might be able to get cheaper flights if you arrive on fridays.

Airporttransfer:

We`ll pick you up at the Mallorca airport and also offer to take you back to the airport. Please let us know your arrival and departure times.
